Acknowledgment
Orders are accepted, manufactured, and invoiced according to the acknowledgment. Please notify Fulbright & Company immediately of any discrepancies. Acknowledged orders may not be modified or canceled without approval from Fulbright & Company.
Credit
To obtain credit, our credit application should be completed, signed by an officer of the company, and returned to Fulbright & Company for consideration.

Specifications
Fulbright & Company reserves the right to change specifications, finishes, and dimensions without prior notice.
Shipment Damage
Fulbright & Company is not responsible for damage during shipment. Our responsibility ends upon acceptance by the carrier, at which time legal title passes to the buyer. In the event freight damage occurs, make a note of the damage on the freight bill and contact the carrier immediately for inspection. Do not attempt to install freight-damaged product, as this may waive your claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging material for inspection. If concealed damage is discovered, the carrier must be notified within 24 hours. The buyer bears all responsibility for seeking recourse against the carrier.
Returns
No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior written consent and shipping instructions from Fulbright & Company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned freight-collect.
Change Orders
Fulbright & Company will attempt to honor any reasonable change request if the request was made in writing prior to production. We reserve the right to increase our acknowledged price if necessary to make the requested change.
Cancellations
No order may be canceled without consent from Fulbright & Company. If a cancellation is approved, orders will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No custom items may be canceled after acceptance by Fulbright & Company. After production has begun on any order, it cannot be canceled.
Limited Warranty
Fulbright & Company glass marker boards are warranted for a period of 2 years from defects in material and workmanship under normal and reasonable use. It is the decision of Fulbright & Company to determine if defects in materials or workmanship are present, or if negligence or misuse has taken place. The warranty does not cover improper usage, glass breakage, scratches, or damage caused by improper cleaners, UV light, faulty installation, re-installation, and incidental damages. Under this warranty, Fulbright & Company will repair or replace any product deemed unfit for use.
